Senior 3D Game Artist
Responsibilities:
- Create realistic and stylized, high-quality 3D models and textures for architecture, hard surface, and organic environments, props, and weapons, in accordance with the artistic direction, production timelines, and technical specifications.
- Work closely with the Art Director/ Art Lead to understand the specification and production pipeline.
- Help a small team of generalist artists follow the art direction and specification with consistency.
- Interpret concepts, specs, and directions from the provided documents and reference materials.
- Sculpt/Model, UV, texture, and create materials for art assets using PBR and non-PBR pipelines.
- Guide and mentor other team members where needed.
- Proactively learn new tools and techniques and share your knowledge with the team.
- Involve in LOD creation, model and texture optimization, and Art QA.
Requirements:
- Experienced 3D artist, with skill in modeling and texturing props, buildings, weapons, vehicles, environments, etc.
- A 3D art portfolio to demonstrate your best skills and experience.
- 5+ years of 3D art production experience with at least 2 years in Game Art.
- Good understanding of proportions, architecture, modular asset creation, color theory, and composition.
- Texturing skills with PBR workflow using Substance Painter or similar tools.
- Experience in making efficient UV layouts with optimization techniques.
- Must be proficient in Maya, 3D Studio Max, or Blender.
- Expert skills in Photoshop.
- Experience with ZBrush or Mudbox.
- Excellent knowledge of PBR workflows with different types of shaders and materials systems.
- Great visualization power and an eye for detail.
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- A team-player attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Always eager to learn and work with new tools and software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Very good time management skills.
Good to have:
- Ability to sculpt/model and texture both high-resolution and low-polygon characters.
- Experience working with Unity and Unreal.
- Experience with 3D rendering.
- A Graduation or Diploma in Fine Arts/ 3D Game Art.

3D Game Artist
Responsibilities:

- A 3D art portfolio to demonstrate your best skills and experience.
- 2+ years of 3D art production experience (3D Game Art experience preferred).
- Good understanding of proportions, architecture, and modular asset creation.
- Texturing skills with PBR workflow using Substance Painter or similar tools.
- Experience in making efficient UV layouts with an understanding of trim, tile-able, non-square, and atlas texture workflows.
- Must be proficient in Maya, 3D Studio Max, or Blender.
- Expert skills in Photoshop.
- Experience with sculpting.
- Excellent knowledge of PBR workflows. (Metallic/ Roughness, Specular/ Gloss, etc.)
- Work with the team, collaborating on knowledge and ideas.
- Ability to adapt and work with new tools and software.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating game art with processes and techniques used.
- Great 3D polygonal modeling skills in both high and low poly.
- Knowledge of standard UV mapping processes and best practices.
- Texturing skills with PBR workflow using Substance Painter or similar tools.
- Must be proficient in 3D modeling using Maya, 3D Studio Max, or Blender.
- Expert skills in Photoshop.
- Knowledge of real-time materials and map creation processes.
- Work with a team, collaborating on knowledge and ideas.
- Ability to adapt and work with new tools and software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very good time management skills.
Good to Have:
